Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds, but in these cases we may offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • store credit (gift card)


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Special orders

  • Preorder items

Preorders
If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship once the preorder item arrives.

If you would like your ready-to-ship items sooner, you must place a separate order or pay additional shipping.

Preorder turnaround time: 20–50 business days

Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed.
By placing a preorder, you agree to the stated wait time.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders.

If a refund is approved under special circumstances, it will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 20 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
